Payment methods
Credit or debit card, Bank transfer, Cash on arrival.
Cancellation
- cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
- cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
Comments
In the period November to the end of March we use special winter prices (in case of longer stays) and we rent out the bottom floor (€ 750 per month) and the top floor (€ 650 per month) at the same time. You can of course also rent the entire house for € 1400 per month.
